Fashion Face-Off

Since this is a Fashion Blog, I get a lot of my ideas and fashion creativity from the E! Channel. One of my favorite shows to watch on the E! channel is Fashion Police with Joan Rivers, Giuliana Rancic, Kelly Osborne, and George Kotsiopulos a fun show where they critic celebrity fashion.

Sometimes they have guest appearances from celebrities who are also very fashionable icons such as Khloe Kardashian Odom, Scott Disick, Nicki Minaj, Aubrey O’Day, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Ciara, Tori Spelling, Kimora Lee Simmons, Chelsea Kane, Kylie Minogue just to name a few.

All these celebrities have pushed the boundaries of fashion and have been on the Top Best Dressed and also on the Worst Dressed list.

My favorite part of the show is the “Bitch Stole My Look” segment, where celebrities are caught wearing the same outfit as another celebrity, and Joan Rivers, usually decides who won the look by analyzing the whole outfit from the shoes to the accessories and deciding who had the best outfit put together.

In my rendition of “Bitch Stole My Look,” I wanted to have a similar touch but instead of picking out who I think wore it better I would like for you guys to decide who rocked the outfit better.

Round 1: Rihanna vs. Kim Kardashian

This fitted navy Givenchy dress cost about $1,510 and has a V-neck cross-over pleated top. 

Very Classic and very chic look

Rihanna wore it to her grandmother Dolly's funeral in Manhattan a couple weeks ago and paired it with some gold strappy heels and a high top bun with bangs.

Kim Kardashian wore this dress to Dash LA's Grand Opening two nights ago and paired it with some snake skin Christian Louboutins and a slick back pony tail.

Both ladies looked amazing while rocking this Givenchy dress, but who wore it better?

Round 2:Sheryl Crow vs. Tina Fey

Sheryl Crow and Tina Fey wore this cute floral dress by Dolce & Gabbana during the same night. How Embarrassing! I hate when that happens because you feel that everyone is looking at both of you and critiquing who wore it better. 

Sheryl Crow and Tina Fey wore this dress to the Matrix Awards. However, the print may be identical but the style is not identical. 

Tina’s has a V-neck dress while Sheryl has a higher cut. They both had black belts to cinch the waist and give it a more defined look but Tina wore her dress with a black cardigan and gold shoes while Sheryl did not have a jacket and she wore her dress with black shoes.

Round 3: Taylor Swift vs. Carmen Electra

Here we have Carmen Electra and Taylor Swift wearing a floral print dress. 

Unfortunately I do not know who the dress is designed but Carmen Electra wore her dress while attending New York’s Fashion Week and Taylor Swift wore her dress in California.

Carmen Electra had a longer hemline and paired her dress with a long purple trench coat and a pair of gray boots, while Taylor Swift had a shorter hem and wore her dress with nude shoes.
