What to Wear Underneath It All

Funny thing about clothes is often what you don’t see makes all the difference. It’s the things you wear underneath that will make you look sleeker, curvier, and slimmer. It makes you look perfect in that outfit.
From bras to undies I will share some tips that have helped me and all my close friends out.

Bras

Whenever I go shopping for bras, I always have problems trying to find the right fit. So here are a couple tips of finding that right-fit bra.

1.       The center of your bra should lie flat against your rib cage. A gap means the cup size is too small.
2.       You should be able to take a deep breath with your bra fastened at the middle hook.

3.       If the back of your bra rides up, that means the band size is too large.

I researched the top bra questions that most women ask

Problem: My padded bra is so obvious!
Solution: A seamless style that lies flat against the tops of your breasts will make it no so obvious

Problem: I want a sexy bra that lifts.
Solution: A fuller-cut demi would be a perfect fit instead of the one that dips low in the middle

Problem: I’ve got a visible-nipple issue
Solution: A bra with special concealing panels will do the trick.

Next subject, non-thongs

Thongs are great underwear but sometimes you just want to wear those super comfy undies but yet don’t want to wear any granny-panties. Here are some great suggestions for some great non-thongs.
There are skimpy, super comfy briefs and they also put an end to those panty lines too.

-A Full tush coverage bikini in a super thin fabric.
     -Seamless hip-hugger
     -Neutral-color boy shorts
      -Seamless super-lows

These can be found in Victoria’s Secret. They are super comfortable and remember SEAMLESS is the key!

Last subject I am going to talk about are Body Shapers.

I think these are must and should be worn especially if you are attending a really formal event. Body Shapers can transform your whole body and will give you that sleek postured look.  But what is the best body wear? Honestly I really prefer Spanx, which is almost like a pantyhose body suit for the whole body. The only thing about Spanx though is that if you do not want the complete body suit then you wouldn’t need it. For example I like to only have a body shaper for my stomach but not my thighs or my butt. So I researched a couple more body shapers that will specialize on the “problem” spots.

For sleeker hips and thighs:
Look for a high waisted thigh slimming shorts. Make sure to buy the right size so the waistband and leg bands on their style don’t cut into your skin and create new bulges.

For back smoothing:
Look for a Control-top for your back. A suggestion is spandex-powered camis.

For tummy areas:
Look for a shaping camisole. It’ll smooth away the bumpy bits and even under the clingy tops

For one long line
A one piece boosts your bust and sleekens your torso and hips without adding seam lines.

I believe shapewears are great for your posture and it will bring confidence. Some fabrics are not flattering and shapewear will take care of all of that. It’s ideal to smooth out those bumps and lumps.
